I am a licensed psychologist, university professor, and mom of two. I specialize in parenting, couples, and relationship issues. People contact me when they feel stuck. Parents who feel uncertain and stuck in negative patterns with their children, couples who are stuck in negative communication patterns and reactivity, or adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety and stress. My approach is relationship-oriented, integrates mindfulness, and is grounded evidence-based practice. Evidence-based practice means integrating the latest treatments and science with my clinical expertise and your preferences.
