I am happy to work with clients in-person or via telehealth.
For teletherapy, I have Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) with the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PYPACT), which allows me to provide teletherapy in over 40 states. See the map here.
For in-person sessions, I see clients in my Saint Augustine office, conveniently located for clients in Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine.

Rates
$225 for a 50-minute individual or couple psychotherapy session.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for Aetna for individual psychotherapy only.
I do not provide couples psychotherapy through insurance, as there are several ethical concerns. For example, insurance requires one person in the couple be considered the primary client and a diagnosis to provide treatment. This can cause complications with right to records and over-pathologizing common communication issues in couples.
For all other networks, I have chosen to be an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, however, reimbursement is not guaranteed.
